AXON Brain Training ("AXON," "the App," "we," "our," or "us") is a cognitive training and brain assessment application for iOS. We built AXON with a privacy-first philosophy: the App is designed to function entirely on your device with zero data transmission.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. We encourage you to read it in full, though the core message is simple: we do not collect your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information whatsoever. Specifically:

• No names, email addresses, or contact information
• No account creation, login, or authentication of any kind
• No device identifiers, IP addresses, or hardware information
• No usage analytics, behavioral data, or telemetry
• No location data, GPS coordinates, or geolocation
• No photos, camera access, microphone input, or contacts
• No cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies

3. Local Data Storage

AXON stores your game progress, scores, cognitive assessment results, and preferences locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted over the internet
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Is fully removed when you delete the App
• Is managed entirely by the iOS operating system

The App uses a local WKWebView for game rendering. All game content is bundled within the App itself. The WebView makes no network requests and loads no remote resources.

4. Internet & Network Usage

AXON does not connect to the internet. The App does not make any network requests, API calls, or server communications. All functionality is available fully offline.

5. Third-Party Services

AXON does not integrate any third-party services, including:

• No analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
• No advertising networks or ad SDKs
• No crash reporting services
• No social media SDKs or login providers
• No third-party tracking or attribution tools

6. Advertising

AXON contains no advertisements. We do not display ads, use ad-supported models, or integrate any advertising SDKs. We do not participate in any ad tracking or attribution programs.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Since we collect no data, there is no data to share. We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose any information to third parties because no such information exists.

8. Children's Privacy

AXON does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because no data is collected, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for children, and similar regulations worldwide.

9. Device Permissions

AXON does not request access to any sensitive device capabilities:

• No camera or photo library access
• No microphone access
• No location services
• No contacts or calendar access
• No push notification services
• No health or fitness data
• No Bluetooth or local network access

10. Data Security

Your game data is protected by the security mechanisms built into iOS, including device passcode, biometric authentication, and hardware encryption. Since data never leaves your device, there is no risk of server breaches, data leaks, or unauthorized remote access.

11. Data Retention & Deletion

All locally stored data is retained on your device until you choose to delete the App. Uninstalling AXON from your device permanently removes all associated data. There is no cloud backup of App data.

12. Your Rights

Under regulations such as the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar data protection laws, you have rights concerning your personal data. Because AXON collects no personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied:

• Right to Access: No personal data is held by us
• Right to Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all local data
• Right to Portability: No data exists on our systems to transfer
• Right to Opt-Out: There is no data collection to opt out of
• Right to Non-Discrimination: All users receive the same experience

13. International Users

AXON is available worldwide. Because no data is collected or transferred, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns. The App functions identically regardless of your location.

14. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be made available through the App and on our website. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Our commitment to collecting zero data will not change.
